This brilliant young duo of Aoibhe Kettle and Brendan O’Connell will present a selection of traditional Irish repertoire, spanning music from the early tradition, including works by Turlough O’Carolan, through to newly composed pieces by both of the musicians. The programme explores the enduring connection between Ireland’s musical heritage and its contemporary tradition.
